1. Research Purposes Only

HitSignal is a statistical research tool. All predictions, confidence scores, and player rankings generated by HitSignal are produced by an automated model for informational and research purposes only. Nothing on this platform constitutes sports betting advice, financial advice, or a guarantee of any real-world outcome.

2. No Gambling Advice

HitSignal does not encourage, promote, or facilitate sports wagering of any kind. The predictions provided should not be used as the basis for any betting or wagering decision. If you choose to engage in sports betting, you do so entirely at your own risk and in accordance with the laws of your jurisdiction.

3. Assumption of Risk

By using HitSignal, you acknowledge and accept that:

  • Statistical models are inherently imperfect and will produce incorrect predictions.
  • Past model performance does not guarantee future accuracy.
  • Any decisions you make based on HitSignal data — including but not limited to wagering, fantasy sports, or financial decisions — are made solely at your own risk.
  • You assume full responsibility for any losses or consequences arising from your use of this platform.

4. Limitation of Liability

HitSignal, its owners, operators, and contributors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of this platform or reliance on its predictions. This includes, without limitation, any financial losses incurred through betting, wagering, or any other activity.

5. Data Accuracy

HitSignal sources data from publicly available MLB statistics APIs. While we strive for accuracy, we make no warranties regarding the completeness, timeliness, or correctness of any data or prediction displayed on the platform.
